Oaks Trail IOP
Bridging the gap between inpatient care and daily life through structured therapy to foster lasting recovery.
About Oaks Trail IOP
Oaks Trail IOP is an Intensive Outpatient Program dedicated to providing compassionate, structured treatment for individuals seeking recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our program allows participants to maintain their daily routines—work, school, and family responsibilities—while receiving up to 3 hours of therapy per day, multiple days a week. Led by our exceptional Licensed Clinical Social Worker program director and a team of Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors, we create a supportive environment where healing and lasting recovery are possible.
We specialize in serving individuals transitioning from inpatient care, those whose symptoms have worsened beyond traditional weekly therapy, and those facing mental health crises or substance relapse. Our comprehensive approach addresses co-occurring disorders through group, family, and individual counseling, along with mentoring, peer support, and skill-building workshops. At Oaks Trail IOP, we believe that recovery is achievable when individuals have the right structure, support, and compassionate care.
